How to translate user manuals

Step 1: Save the PDF manual to your computer

Step 2: Convert the manual to a Word document

- Open PDF in Adobe Acrobat

- Go to file (in the top left corner)

- Click Export a PDF, and then click Microsoft Word Document.

Step 3: Translate your Word document into Microsoft Word

- Clicking tools

- Click translate

- Clicktranslate document

- Select language you want the manual translated to

- Click translate

Step 4: Save your document and you can use it as your new manual.
