Race programs, fitness tests, heart rate control programs, twenty pre-installed training programs, weight loss programs, manual user programs, healthy living programs, sports training programs, a five or ten kilometer race program, the Rockport Fitness Test and the Navy Fitness Test, with this state of the art treadmill you can do it all. The treadmill also has Bluetooth speakers so that your favorite music sounds even better and is tablet-compatible so that you can also watch movies or series during training. You can place the tablet in the tablet holder of the treadmill.
