The C7000i is a sturdy hometrainer with a maximum user weight of 181 kg. The upright bike has a solid steel frame and a threefold crank and is suitable for professional use. It has 16 resistance levels so you're training feels like you're cycling against the wind. This means a serious challenge and training of your leg muscles, calves, quadriceps, hamstrings and abdominals.
The C7000i is equipped with challenging and various training programs. Make your heart pump harder with a goal oriented training with the two heart rate programs, slim down with one of the five Weight Management programs, get healthy with one of the five Healthy Living programs or take it away with one of the seven Sport training programs. Thanks to the handy media holder you can also view your training statistics at your tablet or smartphone. With the C7000i you'll reach your training goals guaranteed.
If you train with high intensity of course you want to know what's in it for you. You can by measuring your heart rate during training with the free included LifeSpan Bluetooth 4.0/ANT+ heart rate monitor with chest strap. By measuring your heart rate you can determine your ideal heart rate zone and train more goal oriented and effective.
The C7000i has large and comfortable handlebars so you can vary with your posture while you're training. By doing so your training gets more fun and varied. You can for example take a racing posture by holding the top side of the handlebars and resting your arms on the lower side of the handlebars, a semi bent posture or an upright seated posture.
With the C7000i it's all about your comfort. The hometrainer has a 19 positions height adjustable seat from 76 cm to 104 cm. Because of this you can optimally adjust the upright bike to your length and take an ergonomic training posture. The seat is large and comfortable so you can keep training for a long time.
